An image of diverse hands holding onto a branch to represent diversity

This section lists projects and works that have exercised my leadership abilities. I believe leadership should be a mixture of collaboration, with a larger dose of collaboration than might be expected. This helps to ensure diverse views are taken into account while making whatever is created that much better.

The items below reflect direct leadership activities, including:

  • leading & co-leading teams;

  • leading the development of courses and events;

  • leading, convening and teaching courses/modules where I had a significant leadership role.

We should never leave it to women and equity-seeking leaders to carry the weight of gender-sensitive, equity-mindful, and diversity-unlocking decision-making alone. That’s a setup and a missed opportunity.
